Discovery & Outreach
To identify good hearts and minds, we carefully evaluate each candidate to find the right fit for our culture. Select applicants are invited to complete several assessments and an initial phone interview, others are notified if they aren’t a match for current opportunities and are encouraged to apply for future openings.
Initial Interviews & Evaluation
Staffing teams and hiring managers get to know candidates better while helping them understand our culture and commitment to our clients.
Final candidates are invited in for a final interview with our Founder and senior managers. This is their chance to ask or answer any final questions and to address specifics about compensation, career path and so on.
Successful applicants receive a detailed offer package outlining all benefits and compensation. Spouses are welcome to attend the offer meeting.
