We utilize 2-3 assessments to get to know you better throughout our recruiting process. We understand that sometimes things come up where you are unable to finish an assessment, or you may run into technical issues while trying to complete. No big deal, it happens. If that is the case, just reach out to us and we can resend the link for you to retake them if needed.

We have a very competitive compensation package and believe in paying people what they are worth so that they can provide for their families. Compensation is based on role and experience, and is commensurate with the true value that our employees bring to our company. Once hired, every employee gets an annual performance review on the anniversary of their hiring date where compensation is adjusted accordingly.
First impressions are important, and we get asked this question quite often. The simple answer is you always want to dress to make the best impression. At Tudi, our dress code is business casual. Business casual outfits are less formal than a suit and tie, but more formal than jeans and a t-shirt. We want you to be comfortable, but still look presentable and professional.

We are a highly professional team of designers, installers and technicians focused on improving customer ROI through preventative maintenance, asset management and energy management solutions. Our clients have trusted us with their buildings and homes for over 30 years.
For our service teams, we operate 24/7 to ensure we can respond to time-sensitive customer issues. It may be necessary to work beyond normal workday hours and as such, we do ask our service technicians to be on-call. Our on-call schedule rotates regularly to make sure the workload is shared evenly and to maintain the best work/life balance possible for our teammates. The rotation varies based on the number of technicians in a particular department. We can provide more detail when we meet.
As a standard operating procedure during onboarding, we do ask our employees to sign an Employee Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement to prevent disclosure of confidential material, proprietary processes and intellectual capital.
